Do I need prior yoga experience to join Hot Yoga classes?

  • No prior experience is necessary. Our classes are suitable for all levels, and modifications are provided for beginners.
     

What should I bring to a Hot Yoga class?

  • Bring a yoga mat, a towel, and plenty of water. Wearing lightweight, breathable clothing is recommended due to the heat.
     

How should I prepare for a Hot Yoga session?

  • Stay hydrated before, during, and after the class. Avoid eating a large meal right before the session. Arrive a few minutes early to acclimate to the heat and relax.
     

How often should I practice Hot Yoga?

  • For optimal benefits, we recommend practicing Hot Yoga 2-3 times per week, but even once a week can be beneficial.

What is Large Group Functional Fitness?

  • Large Group Functional Fitness is a Strength & Conditioning workout program that combines strength training, cardio, and functional movements in a group setting. It’s designed to improve overall fitness and performance.

What are the benefits of Large Group Functional Fitness?

  • Benefits include improved cardiovascular health, increased strength, enhanced flexibility, better coordination, and a supportive community atmosphere.

Do I need any prior experience to join?

  • No prior experience is necessary. Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, and our trainers will modify exercises to suit your abilities.

How often should I attend these classes?

  • We recommend attending 3 times a week to see significant improvements in your fitness levels and overall health.

What should I bring to a Large Group Functional Fitness class?

  • Bring a water bottle, a towel, and comfortable workout clothes. Proper athletic shoes are also recommended.

What is Semi-Private Training?

  • Semi-Private Training involves working out in a small group of up to four people with a trainer who provides individualized workout programs tailored to each participant's goals and fitness levels.
     

How is the individualised program created?

  • Our trainers will conduct an initial assessment to understand your fitness goals, current fitness level, and any specific needs or limitations. Based on this, they will design a personalized workout plan for you.
     

What are the advantages of Semi-Private Training?

  • You get personalised attention and a customized workout plan, along with the motivation and camaraderie of a small group setting. It’s also more affordable than one-on-one personal training.
     

Can I join with friends, or will I be placed in a group?

  • Each session is bookable, depending on your daily schedule you can change your bookings as necessary. 
     

What should I expect during a Semi-Private Training session?

  • Expect a mix of strength training, cardio exercises, and functional movements tailored to your goals. The trainer will guide and correct your form to ensure you get the most out of each workout.
